Atour TAGHIPOUR ( HDR, PhD, Eng ) was qualified for full professor positions by the National Council of Universities in France. His research domain is Operations and Supply Chain Management at Normandy University in France. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Montreal in Canada and an HDR in Management from Normandy University in France. He has numerous scientific publications.
