• Nearly 10 years of managerial experience in the automotive and high-tech industries, providing extensive practical expertise in operations, supply chain management, industrial strategy, and organizational leadership.

• Recipient of the 2021 Award for Excellence in Doctoral and Research Supervision, awarded by the French National Council of Universities (CNU) in recognition of excellence in doctoral supervision and research mentoring.

• Program Director of the National Master’s Degree in Advanced Supply Chain Management, designed and developed under my direct responsibility in 2026 at CNAM Paris.

• Program Director of the Executive Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Leadership, scheduled to launch in 2027 at CNAM Paris.

• Doctoral Thesis Supervisor: Following the successful supervision of eight PhD candidates, I am currently supervising six additional doctoral students. Furthermore, two doctoral funding projects under the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program have been approved by CNAM and submitted, with an expected start date in 2027 under my supervision.

• Head of the Master’s Degree in International Marketing, Normandy University.

• Head of the Master’s Degree in International Purchasing, Normandy University.

• One of my major contributions to the Master’s in International Purchasing was its continuous development and improvement through strong partnerships with leading industrial companies, including Siemens, Safran, Sidel, Total, and Renault in France. Through close collaboration with these companies, I identified the skills and competencies required by industry for future supply chain managers. I also incorporated systematic feedback from student satisfaction surveys into the program’s continuous improvement process.

• As a result of these initiatives, the program achieved recognition as one of the leading Master’s programs in France, receiving high rankings from SMBG/Eduniversal and L’Étudiant over several consecutive years, including 2016–2023. Throughout this period, I implemented a Kaizen-based continuous improvement approach, ensuring that the curriculum remained aligned with the evolving needs of industry and contributed effectively to the competitiveness of organizations. Several courses were also delivered by industry experts and executives from partner companies, strengthening the program’s practical and professional orientation.

Research Projects and Funding

• Designer and Coordinator of a major national research project funded by the Grands Réseaux de Recherche between 2016 and 2020, with additional financial support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The project brought together several laboratories and research institutions across Normandy, including the Higher Institute of Logistics Studies, the Laboratory of Applied Mathematics, Normandy Management School, the Laboratory of Information Technology and Systems, the Normandy Innovation Market Enterprise & Consumption Laboratory, and the Logistics Counter.

• The total cost of the project for Normandy University was €918,799, including €395,426 in European Union funding and €112,000 from the Normandy Region. The project resulted in the development of several decision-support tools for regional businesses and generated numerous scientific publications. In addition, three doctoral students were trained and supervised within the framework of this project.

• Member of the “Improving Global Supply Chain Performance” research project, funded by the Grands Réseaux de Recherche between 2011 and 2015.

• Member of the CLASS research project – “Logistics Corridors: Application to the Seine Valley and Its Environment”, funded by the Grands Réseaux de Recherche between 2014 and 2015. This collaboration was conducted through the Federal Logistics Structure (SFLog) of the University of Le Havre, a structure recognized by the French Ministry and dedicated to bringing together laboratories working in the field of logistics.

• My principal contribution focused on the operational and strategic dimensions of modelling and simulation, with the objective of developing recommendations concerning the operating conditions, capacity sizing, and location of multimodal logistics chains.

• Member of the CLASS II research project – “Logistics Corridors: Application to the Seine Valley and Its Environment”, funded between 2015 and 2019. The project had a total budget of €3,311,198.45, including €1,547,995.45 in European Union (ERDF) funding. My contribution again focused on the operational and strategic modelling and simulation of multimodal logistics systems, particularly regarding operating conditions, sizing, and location decisions.

• Chair of the International Conference on Sustainable Tourism Management (ICSTM), held in Spain (2017), the Netherlands (2018), Hungary (2019), Stockholm (2020–2022), Copenhagen (2023), Munich (2024), Paris (2025), and Florence (2026).

• Chair of the International Conference on Linguistics & Literature, held in Paris in 2020.

• Plenary and Keynote Speaker at ICICM (2016–2022), ICSTM (2016–2022), and ICAEB (2020–2022), addressing international audiences on topics related to management, supply chains, research, and academic development.

International Academic Collaboration

• I have developed long-standing academic and research collaborations with universities and institutions worldwide, with particularly strong and sustained partnerships in South Korea. These collaborations include Inha University, the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), and SolBridge International School of Business.

• These partnerships have resulted in joint scientific publications with Korean academics, collaborative research activities, and regular academic exchanges. As part of these collaborations, I have also travelled to South Korea on a regular basis to deliver lectures, organize research seminars, exchange with faculty members, and contribute to the academic development of students and researchers.

• These international partnerships have significantly contributed to the development of my research network and have strengthened the international dimension of my teaching, research, doctoral supervision, and academic leadership activities.
