TEACHING STATEMENT
Since 2008, I served as a professor in different university and business school in Canada, France, Korea, Spain, Scotland, etc., such as University of Montreal, University of Quebec, KAIST, Inha University, Solbridge, Normandy University, NEOMA, IESEG, ISC Paris, ISG Paris, Centrale Supelec Paris, IPAG Paris, C3S Business School, Abertay University, ESSCA, University of CAEN, University of ROUEN, Central School Paris, Littoral University, Normandy Business School, Montpellier Business School, Brest Business School, etc.

My teaching approach consists of two parts. Initially, I employ a teacher-centered method to introduce concepts, teach problem-solving techniques, and develop theories. In the second part, I use an iterative or participative approach, encouraging students to engage with case studies, exercises, and simple questions. This helps them solve real enterprise-related problems and gives them time to process the concepts.

My teaching evaluations have been consistently excellent and have improved over time. Here are some assessment results from students: 100% of students were satisfied with my teaching in the International Purchasing course at NEOMA Business School. Eighteen out of 20 students considered me the best professor at ISC Business School in Paris after I taught the Supply Chain Management course. I received an overall score of 91 out of 100 as a professor of International Supply Chain Management. Based on a statistic, I was recognized as the best professor across three different campuses of Normandy Business School, among other achievements.
